Does greasy food make acid reflux symptoms worse?

Consuming fatty and greasy foods will make acid reflux symptoms worse! Any Suggestions here?

    According to "Heartburn and Reflux for Dummies," alcohol makes acid reflux worse on what type of foods give you trouble or worsen your acid reflux symptoms. cook them in olive or canola oil, as other fatty oils will worsen your acid reflux.     i would think it sounds more like acid reflux than an ulcer, when you burp is it often accompanied by the feeling something is coming up or like you have to throw up?? the symptoms you describe could also indicate a problem with your gallbladder! from what i have seen of ulcers there is usually vomiting which tends to look like coffee grounds but i am not a dr and only your dr can tell you what is really going on but i would try something like pepcid ac or zantac to see if that helps with acid reflux it usually will

    Stop eating unhealthy greasy foods that promote acid reflux. pillows cause you to bend at your waist, which squeezes stomach acid up farther and can make heartburn worse. That has completely relieved me from the reflux symptoms.
