How can you prevent acid reflux or heartburn?

Drink water! Beer, wine, soda and other carbonated or acidic beverages all cause stomach acid to spike, increasing the likelihood that you will experience symptoms! Give yourself a boost! Any Suggestions here?

    I dont know how you get sick but try some Dramomine (I think thats how you spell it) if you feel nauseous in the morning or something! There is also something called Williams Syndrome (I think) where you vomit continuously! See if you can get help from a doctor, I would advise it!
