Why does my chest hurt when I burp?

It may be heartburn and acid reflux! If your chest hurts when you burp! However this is may be a medical condition, and with that you should not take this as a diagnosis, please if you feel this is a health problem, I advise you to see your Doctor! No need to fear, ‘s here! Any Suggestions here?
