I know green tea is supposedly good if you’re trying to lose weight, but I’m wondering is there any one herbal tea that is better for you than the others or are they all equally good for you? I like them all.

I haven’t a clue how to make herbal tea. I just know I have never liked the taste of it. Any suggestions on how to mix Damiana, ginko and passionflower, and to taste completely different to herbal tea. I will try and test every suggestion and comment back as well.

I’ve tried a range of ‘fruit-flavoured’ infusions and herbal teas from Morrisons but found them rather disappointing. They smell lovely but taste bland.

Are there any brands/varieties of herbal tea that taste as nice as they smell?

    Thank you!
