    I drink Silk soy milk and was wondering if it has active vitamin B 12 in it because I know B 12 is really important to prevent anemia.
    Also, a cereal (that’s vegan) that’s also fortified with active vitamin B 12?

    I stopped my antidepressants and just recently started taking a vitamin b complex tablet, one 1000mg fish oil capsule and a multivitamin every morning after reading about its benefits. I also eat well and healthily. Is it a good idea for anxiety/mild depression?

    I was just wondering how much weight I could lose not eating and taking vitamin B complex, calcium, vitamin D, potassium, milk thistle, fish oil and caffeine pills. I don’t eat but I drink a ton of water and take what I just listed. If I continue this how fast could I lose 50 pounds?

    When I look at those multivitamins, they always have a high amount of the Vitamin B complex but I read that depending on which Vitamin B, you should take only 6-50 mg per day.

    I just started taking vitamins – a five pack from Costco that includes a Multivitamin, two Calcium Vitamin E, B-50, Asian Ginseng vitamins.

    Has anyone ever taken these vitamins and experienced any side effects?

    Im tapering off paxil and have researched online that a some vitamins and supplements might help in the process of attempting to eliminate the withdrawal symptoms. Im taking lecithin, Vitamin B-50 complex and Omega 3 Pure. How should I balance all these out including my now 5mg dosage of paxil?
