Do autistic people get distracted easily?

Individuals with autism have significant problems developing nonverbal communication skills, such as eye-to-eye gazing, facial expressions, and body posture! Problems taking steps to start a conversation! Delay in, or lack of, learning to talk! Any Suggestions here?

Nothing in your description suggests that you have autism or Aspergers syndrome! When you read about disorders, youll really often bump into symptoms that sound like they fit you, but that does not mean that you have the disorder! Everyone has a mild version of some symptoms of disorders or they may at some time in their life have done something that sounds like some symptom, but that is not enough to be diagnosed! The symptoms need to be consistent, severe and many and they have to match the diagnostic criteria for the disorder! Self-diagnosis is not reliable, so dont panic when you read about disorders that sound like you!If you worry that you may have some disorder, you should consult a professional, like a doctor, psychiatrist or a psychologist! They can help you find out if you have some disorder and which one it is and guide you with how to get help!
