    i also get a stomach ache after i eat honey buns or doughnuts. it gets worse in the morning. does this mean that im allergic to something in these foods? its not a severe stomach ache, but it kind of feels like i have to throw up a few minutes after i eat these foods.

    For example i try to add a little of different vegetables when I eat sandwiches or meat. Any vegetable would add its vitamins.
