How to make a FEVER BLISTER go away?

Some fever blister treatments interfere with viral reproduction and are only available with a prescription! OTC meds block pain! Any Suggestions here?

    Fever blisters are such a pain! Wash the area gently with warm soapy water. Keep a cream or lip balm on the area. Don’t burst the blisters. They should be healed within a few days.

    ok this probably wont help much this time around but when i was younger my grandmere used to apply ice directly to the site as soon as I knew one was coming on many times it prevented them from exploding on my lip! this may sound alittle off but try putting some dehydrated algea on it (seaweed) I have used it with wound care in the past
