What does it mean if you have a blister on your gums?

Stress, biting your tongue or cheek, heredity, female hormones, and food allergies are all possible causes of canker sores! Any Suggestions here?

    I’ve had what you’re describing and it’ll heal on it’s own. Perhaps try using mouthwash (even though it’ll probably sting) to make sure it’s clean and free from any bacteria to try speed up the healing.     If it lasts longer than 7-10 days or doesnt improve in that time, definitely visit your dentist! Cold sores are viral so you might not want to take a chance on passing it on! Also, if you get chronic cold sores, it may be caused by eating too many acidic foods (oranges, tomato sauce) or by using toothpaste high in Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)!
