Why does your skin blister when burned?

Skin blisters with burns (second degree)! Serum leaks in from neighboring tissues as a reaction to injured skin Any Suggestions here?

    probably because youre applying heat to the already heat-sensitive burned area of your skin, so of course it would feel hotter than it actually is; even though you cant feel the burn itself, that doesnt mean the burn isnt still there!
