How do you tell the difference between a yeast infection and an STD?

A yeast infection also known as Candidiasis is a fungi infection! Sexually transmitted dieses vary to all kinds! Some have discharges, sores, pimple, attack the body, blood, and can even kill you! ! Any Suggestions here?
