Can PCOS lead to cancer?

    I dont think you need to worry so much about the uterine cancer right now as treating your PCOS symptoms! There is no cure but it is treatable! Ask your doctor about starting metformin, and change your diet! You may also need to start on a birth control pill to help with regulation of your cycle!
