The skin sensation of partial numbness or "pins and needles" or a type of "burning", "tingling" or "creeping" sensation of the skin, is known as a "paresthesia"! Any Suggestions here?

The website shown below might answer some of your questions! Shingles pain is very mysterious! It is a nerve pain, and nerve pain can travel from one area of the body to another! Sometimes the nerve pain occurs before the rash shows up! And it often will last long after the rash is healed! I hope you can find appropriate treatment from your doctor! Good luck!
