    I have a hard time relaxing at night, but alsmot as soon as I started these techniques, I started getting very sleepy! (Thank you!)A few years ago I found that my birth mother has TMJ About a year ago I started biting my tongue very hard at night and recently I caught myself clamping down on my teeth so hard you would have thought I broke every last one of them! Can it be hereditary?Will this massage only work to make it feel better or can it prevent it? (I want off the mouth guard!) Thx!

    I always grind my teeth when i sleep. It’s making my teeth smaller and smaller and leaves them sore and sensitive. Has anyone got and idea on what it may be.
