What vitamin is best for blood circulation?

Vitamin B3 and Vitamin E are best for blood circulation! Vitamin E is usually not sufficient in the bodies of heart and diabetes patients however! Foods like avocados, nuts, and unrefined vegetable oil contain Vitamin E! ! Any Suggestions here?

Tingling or numbness is feet or hands could be a symptom of vitamin B12 deficiency. Since you asked this in the diabetes section, i’ll assume you are diabetic. Metformin can cause a vitamin B12 deficiency. B12 deficiency can cause periphera

To improve blood circulation in the body practice good posture. Don’t sit with your legs crossed or tucked under each other, this inhibits blood flow. If it is bad enough you should see your physician for further help with the problem. More:http://answers.ask.com/Health/Diseases/how_to_improve_blood_circulation

Blood is circulated through the body through veins and arteries. The heart is the engine, so to speak, that pumps the blood and makes it flow in a continuous circuit. Tingling or numbness is feet or hands could be a symptom of vitamin B12 deficiency! Since you asked this in the diabetes section, ill assume you are diabetic! Metformin can cause a vitamin B12 deficiency! B12 deficiency can cause peripheral neuropathy, a common problem for diabetics!Researchers found that 40% of type 2 diabetes patients using metformin had vitamin B12 deficiency or were in the low-normal range for the essential vitamin! And 77% of metformin users with vitamin B12 deficiency also had peripheral neuropathy, a common form of nerve damage associated with type 2 diabetes!Peripheral neuropathy is a type of nerve damage most often characterized by pain, tingling, and numbness in the hands and feet!Because peripheral neuropathy is such a major complication of diabetes, researchers say the results suggest that people using metformin be screened for vitamin B12 deficiency or supplemented with vitamin B12! Also, anyone already diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy who uses metformin should be screened for vitamin B12 deficiency! The only type of B12 that works is methylcobalamin! The drug stores sell cyanocobalamin and it doesnt work!
