    If I run 3 miles, 100 pushups & situps, 100 variety of ab core workouts 5 days a week. Also cut alot of portions from food but lack the nutrients, etc. Will this help me lose about 100 pounds by the end of next year. If not can you please add what else I need to do.

    My best friend weighs 250 pounds. She wants to get down to 150. But every time she tries a diet she only lasts a couple weeks and can’t do it anymore.
