Does watermelon help you gain muscle?

No, Watermelon does not actually cause Muscle Growth, however, Watermelon is a great part of a diet that is geared towards muscle growth! Thanks! Any Suggestions here?

    dont worry! im gunna help! an exersize you can do is push ups on the wall- heres how- u put ur arms on the wall like ur doin pushups on the ground!!!but on the wall!!!! and u put ur feet about 3 feet from the wall and do push ups*! theyre easier and they rly work!!!! do it 4 about 1 hour every day!food– dont eat too much- only eat when ur hungry and eat until ur just satisfied- u gotta control ur self- no matter how goosd the food is!! lol!! drink smoothies 2!!!! trust me!!!! they fill u up and they r VERY good 4 u!!! since u dont like fruit maybe ul like smoothies since its a blend! dont add ice cream- add yogurt and ice and juice and any kinds of fruit u like! its actually really quite fun to make smoothies and experiment on different fruits!hope i could help!3
