    Any weight loss of more than 2 pounds a week isnt healthy or realistic! So in 6 months, you could lose 50 pounds but thats with no cheating and lots of regular exercise! No easy cure! I am an all-or-nothing type dieter! I just cant cut back on portion size and do the low-fat thing! Too hard for me! Ive had a lot of success on a low-carb diet! Eat as much meat, cheese, eggs and most vegetables that you want! Drink tea, water and other no calorie beverages – an occasional rum and diet coke keeps it interesting and of course plenty of exercise! Women do best exercising 4 times a week for 48 minutes! No more, no less! I read a University of Illinois study on that! I assure you that eating low carb will make you feel great!
