If I eat only 600 calories a day, how much weight will I loose in a month?

Losing weight would depend on your body’s metabolism, diet,and exercise,try eating right, exercising,and being patient for results Any Suggestions here?

    She will end up gaining weight in the long run. First she will lose a lot of weight, she will end up in the hospital from mal-nutrition. But by then her body will be used to 100 calories.     Minimum you should be eating is 1200 or your body wont function properly. I eat 600 calories PER MEAL, 6 meals a day, and i only weigh 146 and am 5’11.     Youve summed up everything Ive learnt about weight loss in the past 6 months!However your diet seems to be lacking in Protein, I recommend going to buy some Protein shakes from the local chemist or something along those lines as your vegetarian!Grapefruit works wonders as it eats away at excess bodyfat!Below 800 calories a day is going to make you very very weak, You might want to buff that up a little or its going to be very hard to maintain this diet!Good luck! :D
