Can a 14 year old girl be anemic?

Yes! Anemia affects about 3!5 million Americans! Women and people with chronic diseases are at increased risk of anemia! Important factors to remember are: Certain forms of anemia are hereditary and infants may be affected from the time of birth! Any Suggestions here?

    1! Too much chemicals will cause hair loss, This is true for perm lotions, bleaches, and some hair colourants! The less chemical treatments in your hair the better2! Use warm or cold water to wash your hair!Gently massage your scalp twice daily using your fingertips and not your nails3! Avoid Blow drying of the hair where possible!If you really have to use it then use a low heat setting and avoid placing the dryer too close to the head! Throw away all the curling tools and flat iron!4!Use soft towel to dry your hair, hard one might break your hair!5! Watever product you put on your hair like gels!!! avoid contact with your scalp6! Once a week try to gently massage a good quality oil, such as coconut oil, into the scalp! Leave on for a couple of hours and then use a gentle shampoo to remove! THis provides great nourishment to the scalp and hair follicles7!Avoid hair styles that pull on your hair! This includes tight ponytails etc! The pulling stretches and breaks the hair!8!
