What are overactive nerves?

Overactive nerves are when nerves repeatedly send electrical impulses to muscles, resulting in over stimulation! Disorders in which this happens include myasthenia gravis, botulism, and Eaton-Lambert syndrome! Bow Chicka ! Any Suggestions here?
