How do you exercise the kegel?

To try and isolate these muscles try stopping & starting the flow of urine! Once you’ve done this, try doing it about 200xs a day! Any Suggestions here?

    They are the same muscles you would use to stop your pee midstream! So sit there and pretend that you are trying to stop peeing! If youre still not sure, next time you pee, try to stop half way through by activating those muscles! Then relax again and empty your bladder!
