What are inclined dumbbell flies?

Incline Dumbbell Flies: Lying down on an incline bench, begin the exercise by holding the dumbbells at arms length with a slight bend in your elbows! Your palms should be facing in! Slowly lower the weight out to the sides until you feel a comfortable!!! Any Suggestions here?

    for my chest i do dumbell press incline and flat, flies, bench press incline and flat if you want to increase mass you increase the weight and lower the reps so if you do 130lbs 10×3 times do 150 6×3 times doing less reps at a higher weight will increase mass

    In that case work on Incline Barbell or Dumbell Press, or even Incline dumbell flies. Try to work at reps of 5-8 for a good combination of strength and hypertrophy
