What is a good heart rate?

The heart beats about 60 to 80 times a minute when we’re at rest! Resting heart rate usually rises with age, and it’s generally lower in physically fit people! Any Suggestions here?

To check a persons heart rate, start by taking their radial pulse, which is on the wrist. Count this pulse for 60 whole seconds. This is their heart rate. More:http://answers.ask.com/Health/Diseases/how_to_check_heart_rate
