What are good things to eat and drink when having the flu?

Chipped ice, juices, Gatorade, ginger ale, clear broths, gelatin! After it calms eat bananas, rice, applesauce, and dry toast! Any Suggestions here?

    Have her constantly drink water as to keep her fever down! A natural, healthy homemade fruit smoothie would be great too, as so she doesnt have to spend so much time chewing! Good old fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup works, but if you can make a homemade soup with chicken broth and carrots and broccoli, that would be fantastic!Have her cozy up in blankets too :)

    It makes sense if you think about having the flu vs. a cold. When I had sniffles as a kid the feed-a-cold thing was usually good for a few extra Twinkies. Drinking or eating cold foods while you are running a fever stresses your body and,
