What are these symptoms of, stomach cramps, nausea, fever, and body aches?

These are symptoms of the ‘flu’! Gastroenteritis is inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, involving the stomach, intestines, or both; usually resulting in diarrhea, abdominal cramps, nausea and possibly vomiting, mild fever, mild chills, occasionally a headache, and/or muscle aches! Gastroenteritis is frequently termed stomach flu or gastric flu! Any Suggestions here?

    If you have body aches and are still sick with diarrhea after 2 days, they are tell- tale signs fever, diarrhea and/or vomiting, nauseathese are all symptoms of the stomach flu. You will also experience peristalsis, which causes stomach aches or cramps. Symptoms of influenza (the flu) include vomiting, a fever over 101.     Sounds like a food-borne illness…food poisoning. Should last no more than one or two days and may involve diarrhea at some point. Take in lots of liquids and let it ride its course.     OMG!!!! SNAP! This happend to me too! I was always wondering, what if its something bad, but DO NOT WORRY, mine is all gone, and Im perfectly fine! I always use to feel like vomiting and loose my appetite too! :) I always tried to eat bananas as this made me feel a lot better, so if it happens again eat 1 banana or more, if you want, everyday! :) This is not a disease, i think, because this has happend to me, so dont worry! :)
