with all of your information i can tell you that you have a respiratory tract disease of some kind! without actually checking you out personally i cant tell you anything! Plus i really dont depend on others reports because i dont trust them! When i get patients from some one else i do my own diagnosis all over just because i dont feel comfortable and patients get mad at me lol! But that is on the side! I would say just do what your doctor recommends but i will tell you this know if your having all these problems STOP ALL THE TOBACCO RIGHT NOW! For several days or years you will cough up mucus but it will eventually go away! Also the black stuff that your coughing up i would get that checked out it might be somthing else!
