    I eat a lot of cheese. Like A LOT of cheese. Mostly cheddar cheese. I eat it with like most of my meals. And I’ve been constipated for like a year maybe more. So I was wondering if eating all this cheese is maybe the cause of my constipation.

    I’ve heard that drinking whole milk can cause constipation and I’d like to avoid that with my 1 year old daughter. I’ve also heard that putting some karo syrup in the milk will help but I don’t know how much to put in; can anyone help?
