Have your cheeks lost their rosy glow? This may be a symptom of leukemia. An increase in WBCs can crowd out red blood cells, making you appear anemic. 6 Source:http://www.ehow.com/how_10168_recognize-signs-leukemia.html

The only way to know for sure if you have leukemia, is to have a doctor test you for it. It can be detected through a blood test or sometimes a needle biopsy will need to be done to know for certain.

Leukemia is not a disease that is transmitted from one person to another. It is a dangerous form of cancer. It is not contagious. It can be fatal to the people who have it. Source:http://answers.ask.com/Health/Diseases/how_is_leukemia_transmitted

You have a greater risk of developing leukemia if it runs in the family but anyone can get it. It also possible that leukemia can strike you at an early age acute
