I can relate because I have social anxiety disorder also! Regardless of how your parents feel about taking medications, there are medications that can help you! Social anxiety doesnt go away, ever, but it can be less difficult to live with!JMO, but when your dad refused to allow your arm to be put in a cast was a form of abuse! My brother broke my thumb when I was in the 8th grade and my mother refused to take me to the doctor and my thumb never straightened out! I dont see how you stood the pain of a broken arm!You have to live your own life and youre plenty old enough to start doing that! At your age you now have rights you didnt have before you became of age, and its obvious you need help with the social anxiety! The headaches are likely caused from your stress and certain medications can relieve the pain! For years I have migraine headaches and my doctor gave me Atenolol, a migraine preventative and beta blocker! You might ask your doctor if he/she might suggest this drug for your headaches! Or something similar!Go on to the doctor and get some help! Your parents dont even have to know!
