I’m approximately 6 feet tall and I weigh 242 lbs. I’m 20 yrs old and my body mass index is 32.8 which means I’m clinically obese. I don’t feel sick or abnormal or anything but I know that my liver enzyme is really high. I’ve only been obese for the past maybe 2-3 years.

I know there are things online that will tell you but I’m sure not everyone of a certain height, weight and age is the same. So how do I find out what my rmr/bmr is and also what my body mass index and body fat % is? Can the doctors tell me? Or should I go to some special place? Thanks.
