Can you get skin cancer from tanning for one hour?

UVA rays may damage a person’s immune system, making it harder to fight off diseases and leading to illnesses like melanoma! A sunburn or intense sun exposure may increase a person’s chances of developing this deadly cancer! Although exceptionally rare in children, anyone who had enough intense UVA exposure could develop skin cancer! Any Suggestions here?

There are two things that can happen when you tan (in the sun, or in a tanning bed) !!! you WILL age faster (youll get lines and wrinkles where you were out in the sun) and you MAY get skin cancer! DO NOT TAN! Its definitely not good for you so if you want to look tan try one of the tanning lotions that are made to tan you chemically and not actually !!! believe it or not, the chemicals are SAFER for you in the end!
