What is the percentage of you getting skin cancer from a tanning bed?

Melanoma is the second most common cancer in women aged 20 – 29 in the U!S! This is in part to indoor and outdoor sun exposure!Often exposure to tanning beds before the age of 30 can increase your chance of skin cancer by 75%! Any Suggestions here?
