Is it normal to get headaches after naps?

This is very common for a lot of people! For some people it is a sign for pre-menopause, but this is usually just a sign of being dehydrated while sleeping or having low blood sugar! Any Suggestions here?

    If you have nighttime headaches or headaches that awaken you from sleep, see your doctor. Headaches are typically diagnosed etc

    I know the feeling you are talking about! I am not sure why this happens but I can tell you what my doctor thinks! He says it is because I am over tired in general and do not get enough sleep! I know that terrible feeling when you take a nap and you wake up and you feel like you are hungover or on medication or something! I do not know why it happens sometimes but my doctor says it is from cumlative lack of sleep!
