What is some reasons why you cant sleep?

    Hi! Try a nice warm bath before bedtime. and make sure your bedrooms not too warm. Readings not always a good idea too, although it works for some. Wind down slowly and relax. Try to get between 7-8 hours sleep a night. Exercise really help

    Hi!Try a nice warm bath before bedtime! and make sure your bedrooms not too warm! Readings not always a good idea too, although it works for some! Wind down slowly and relax! Try to get between 7-8 hours sleep a night! Exercise really helps, you only have to do approximately 20 minutes vigurous exercise a day just dont do it just before bed as it will make you fell too alert for sleep! If you find you have things youre trying to remember for work/college keep a notepad and pencil by your bed so you can jot them down instead of trying to remember them! You could try a light snack before bedtime as this can help you sleep – its very difficult to sleep on an empty stomach!Also, try to wake and go to bed at the same time everyday! Sleeping in at the weekend feels fab but totally ruins your sleep pattern!Hope this helps!Liz
