Where do menopause hot flashes come from?

Hot flashes occur when the blood vessels near the skin’s surface dilate to cool! This produces flushing and perspiration! Any Suggestions here?

    If very well could be menopause! My mom was done with it at 43! Some women just go through it early! Drug stores do now sell at-home menopause tests!It could also be stress or the wine!
