Is it a pain killer?

Hydrocodone products are used to relieve cough! Hydrocodone relieves pain by changing the way the brain and nervous system respond to pain! for now! Any Suggestions here?

    ibuprofen, but you probaly shouldnt be taking pain killers, if your body says your overdoing, your overdoing! BUT I ran cross country for awhile and know how it feels to be running well, and then run across soreness that doesnt go away after icing,stretcing, or a night of good rest! I dont know how far into cross country you are: so if you just started running than this is very normal! Pain killers just numb the pain, and the beginning of a run will hurt more and more; after that your legs go numb anyways! Try to talk to your coach if he isnt to much of a hard ass, but take it easy; getting injured is the worst spirit breaker for a runner! Nothing like boring aqua jogging!
