Is severe back pain a symptom of a UTI?

Severe back pain can be caused by a Urinary Tract Infection! Thanks for the question! Keep on ing! Any Suggestions here?

    Did they do a urine test at the hospital?? If so, you most likely DO have a UTI (they will be able to see it)! A urine test would also show if you have a kidney infection, those make your back hurt as well! Any fever, or other symptoms?? Maybe see a different doctor and see what they think!
