Why do I have a sharp pain on my lower back?

Perhaps contact your doctor! Many things can cause low back injuries–muscle strain or spasm, sprains of ligaments ! Any Suggestions here?

Back pain can be very painful. When suffering lower back pain, you may use a heating pad to help ease the pain and do some stretching exercises while laying on the floor. Back pain in youths should always be checked out for an underlying condition! In someone who is athletic, a spondylolysis or spondylolisthesis should be ruled out which is actually a small fracture in the spine, although it is usually not serious but might certainly explain your pain! A simply x-ray might catch it, but sometimes a CT scan is needed! It is certainly normal to go through physical therapy first, but if it is continuing to reoccur and worsen, it is time to go back to the doctor! The stretch marks have nothing to do with the pain!
