Oct 17, 2003 Why does it hurt to have your period? I don’t know if this is a male or a female asking. I can only assume they are speaking about cramping.

This morning I had sharp cramps period cramps..Why did it hurt? So I suspect I’m pregnant but not sure yet because of gas..I never get cramps not even I gotta wait a bit 5 mor
Periods always change, the flow of it changes the pain, because you are having more pains you are most likely having a heavy flow! Stretching does help the cramps and also a heating pad, Ive also heard frozen peas on the abdominal area helps as well!I hope you feel better!
