Best thing you can do to increase your chances of conceiving early is to know your cycles!Know when you ovulate! If you have a regular cycle, then that should be no problem! Use opks and chart your BBT!I know some women are reluctant to start doing these, thinking its obsessing too much, but you cant just have sex whenever and think thats going to be enough!Knowing when you ovulate so you can have sex on your most fertile days (usually starts about 2-3 days before ovulation) will increase your chances a great deal!So to answer your question! Some women will feel nausea pretty much right away after implantation due to the hormones! It really depends on the woman though!
