What week of pregnancy do pregnant women start to dilate?

A woman with a normal term pregnancy will usually start to dilate in the 35th week, just prior to giving birth! Thanks! Any Suggestions here?

Cervical dilation, the opening of the cervix (measured in centimeters), and cervix to start opening and thinning at just the right time in your pregnancy. The timing is different in every woman: For some, dilation and effacement is a gradual process that takes weeks, or even a month; others can dilate and efface overnight .

Be safe its your babys health! 34 weeks isnt to bad for a baby to be born but take it easy you really dont want that little bundle of joy coming until at least 37! I was put on bed rest on week 10 and flown to Vancouver womans at week 23 although my baby hung in till week 37 and 4 days i saw all the little ones fighting for everything they could, give your baby as much time as possible to grow and get strong a few weeks of bed rest and taking it easy is easier then the rest of your life trying to live with a child who has special needs!
