Can you get a headache from sleeping too long?

If you normally don’t sleep long then yes you can get headaches when your pattern changes! ! Any Suggestions here?

    Really anything over 7 1/2 hours of sleep is really to much sleep. It has been said that those who sleep 8 hours and over or under 6 1/2 hours may just shorten their life.     It can! Sometimes if you lay down to long you put strain on your back which can cause headaches! Try to get the blood flowing and see if that hepls you to feel better!
