Why is it ok for 10 year old boy to sleep for 10 year old girl with mum and not ok to sleep with dad? just rephrasing my question, to be specific and clear.
Healthy body needs 8-10 hours of sleep! This is needed more than for just sleep !!! your longterm health, clarity of mind, thought and will affect you as a person in every single way! Lack of sleep is rather detrimental in many ways!I dont know what you are doing up that late or that long! But you have to assess what keeps your attention! You need to think of what is important in long term for yourself! Your actions today will define what you will be tomorrow! Your performance at school will be less than satisfactory with this habit!Start by at least regressing time by 2 hours a day! 11:00 PM is totally right for a school day and on weekends you can extend to midnight! Beyond that if you are awake: Stay away from computer if that is what is keeping you up! Read biographies of the people that have achieved greatness! You will see each one was not blessed! They overcame insurmountable difficulties in life to achieve! Let that inspire you! Come up with a plan, discuss with family members if you can and recruit them to help you! Most of all DONT GIVE UP!
