What are the risks of a low resting heart rate?

A low resting heart rate is something to strive for, the risks involved would be that not enough oxygen would get to the extremities! However most who have a lower resting heart rate are conditioned and have a higher stroke volume! ! Any Suggestions here?

    Your normal resting heart rate should be somewhere between 60. It is good to have a low pulse rate, but when your pulse rate drops too low, it can result medically termed bradycardia, can be a symptom of other underlying health issues.
