What is the stroke range for blood pressure?

High blood pressure: Stage 1 Systolic 140–159 Or Diastolic 90–99 Stage 2 Systolic 160 or higher Or Diastolic 100 or higher! Any Suggestions here?

    It is highly unlikely that you would ever have a stroke during a panic attack if you are otherwise healthy! Many people have blood pressure fluctuations as high as 145/100 throughout the day! The important thing is your average blood pressure over time, not an isolated fluctuation!
