My hair grows pretty slow. I get it trimmed every 10 weeks and I have maybe an inch of growth at that time.
I take a daily multivitamin, but was wondering if there’s another supplement I could take or some product that I could use on my hair that promotes growth?

    thanks!

I am 5’2″, and currently 123 Lbs, which is about 10 Lbs overweight. I am in school and working a full time job. I have been at my goal weight, but it required over an hour of exercise daily. Would you guys advise me on the most calorie-expending workout that fits in a 45 minute time slot? Thanks!

I have 1200 mg softgels and I took 6 yesterday, is that too much? Like maybe scale it back to 4?

Suggested use says take 2 softgels 2-3 times daily. I am wondering though because it says it’s not evaluated by the FDA so that could be too much?
